Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have officially signed their prenup,

It was inked about an hour ago. Both Khloe and Lamar were together when they put pen to paper.

As we first reported, under the terms of the deal, Lamar keeps the $33 million salary he could make with the Lakers. Lamar will fund the joint account and give Khloe an annual lump sum that remains static throughout the marriage.

And, for good measure, Lamar agreed to pay for the home they plan to buy.

Team Britney Spears has reached a financial settlement with the paparazzo who accused the pop star of intentionally driving over his foot with her Mercedes back in 2007.

Rick Mendoza, who was working for TMZ at the time, had argued that Brit's people "should have known ... Britney was not in the mental, emotional and/or physical condition to operate the subject motor vehicle in a safe and reasonable manner."

The terms of the settlement were not released -- but Mendoza had originally demanded more than $200,000 in damages.

Jon Gosselin -- Overpay For Play

You got Oprah--now you got Moprah!

Jon Gosselin sincerely believes his time and energy is worth somewhere around $12,000-per hour -- because that's how much he's demanding to appear on a Florida radio show.

The host of Tampa's MJ Morning Show says he contacted Gosselin's rep in the hopes of booking the reality star to guest co-host the show for one morning.

The radio show offered two first class round trip plane tickets, limo service and a "first class" hotel room -- but that wasn't enough to seal the deal.

Gosselin's rep requested an "appearance fee ... in the 10-12K range."

Team Gosselin justified the amount by saying, "[Jon's] name and appearance on your show will instantly draw press ... and will be a high point for the show." The rep also describes Gosselin as "quite funny, sharp witted and interesting."

The radio host tells us he "fell out of his chair" when he read the demand. Looks like Jon will have to go back to "Entertainment Something" to lock down that kind of money.

Lady Gaga Music Video Star Found Dead

There is an investigation under way into the mysterious death of an actor who starred in multiple Lady Gaga music videos -- a 5-year-old Great Dane named Rumpus.

Rumpus, who was featured in the videos for Poker Face, Love Game and Paparazzi, was found dead earlier this month after a hike in Los Angeles. But Rumpus' owner, Suzzanne Kelleher-Duckett, tells TMZ the champion show dog had no signs of injury and appeared to be in perfect health.

An autopsy was performed a few days ago -- results are expected soon.

Rumpus was supposed to appear in Gaga's upcoming video for "Bad Romance" -- but we're told only Rumpus' mother Lava (pictured left) will now do the gig.
